This image is funny:
The picture on the phone is at the wrong angle to the picture behind the phone!

Even the P990 and the old W900 have 3D hardware acceleration.
208MHz? I think you are messing things up with SE's UIQ line up.
H264? Even the P990 and W910 can playback h264. The C905 will sure have that ability. The question is in what resolution and what framerate.?
Well only the P990 and W900 had 3D accelerator. check other SEs... not even the c902..
K810 had a ~200MHz processor, K850i same
As for H264... we will see. I have to test in on the w910. didn't knew that

I dont think I will buy it, I dont like sliders and bulky phones, thats the main reason I sold my N95 and never bought the w910.
so, I will pass on this one.
when this phone come out, xs++ will support k850 and will be cheap, that s good news

In PK's last post - the one of the man holding the 905 is funny - he looks like a mix of Jaws from 007, and Niko Bellic from GTA:4!!!

Its on the bottom by the looks of other images (check out the planete-nokia link from a few pages back).

Picture from Planete-Nokia
Modified by me
Cheers
Very strange place for a loud speaker tho. I thought they may have put it on the side etc?
Oh well.
Any White papers for the product yet?

To me this looks like Sony Ericsson is actually listening to our complaints about previous handsets.
This C905 looks very promising to me. Infact, it looks like the phone I've been missing from SE for so long. It seems to have 94.71% of the stuff I'd like in my phone. Of course, I know other phones have looked like that too, and then turned out to be a disappointment, but there's something about this one somehow....
Missing jack-plug? What for? You need a special headset to get the antenna and microphone anyway. There's no reason to use a jack-plug.
Poor CPU? Don't forget that it's not running Symbian. I think it'll run fast enough, and I don't think Symbian can do a whole lot that you can't do with Java. Sure, there are a few things you can get with Symbian which Java doesn't offer, but take a moment to think about if you really need those. A few examples could be emulators, MOD/XM players and call-recording apps.
Personally I've never liked touch screens, and I think Symbian is generally too slow and messy. I prefer plain Java phone with no touch screen, thus the C905 looks really promising to me. I'll be disappointed if it doesn't offer VGA recording, but it won't what will keep me from getting it. A poor picture quality and buggy firmware will keep me from getting it, so SE better reinstate the QA phase. But we'll find out later after reading reviews and looking at full sized pictures. But I would have settled for a 5mp camera (in better quality than K850) if I could get VGA recording.
For now we have the hardware specs. Notice that they've put the Play button back, like so many of us have requested.
The only thing I'm not too happy about so far, is that the headset plug is positioned on the side. I think that might make it difficult for me to fit it in my pocket, so I guess I'll just have to use another pocket then.
Everything else about this phone looks fantastic. I can't wait for the reviews and the full sized pictures.

sadly, the official whitepaper answers our questions about video recording:
Video Size (Resolution) - QVGA 320x240 Pixels
Frame Rate - 30 fps
http://developer.sonyericsson.com/getDocument.do?docId=100360
this is a complete disaster, in this age and still QVGA recording...
