You say that, but we've had customers (and staff) cancel after 14 days, but before 30 days, and they also get a full refund for their first bill if it's done soon enough.

I have just received a new bill with £70 odd of data charges. One of my friends told me about a deal with Orange where a 250mb data bundle is only £7.50 on Orang e premier. Does this sound correct, and can it be used with internet browsing, ie sending emails and browsing Safari on an iphone?

Thanks

On an iPhone? No, probably not, due to the lack of settings for it as it's not supported by Orange.

And O2 themselves do either Unlimited internet for £7.50 (3GB is a rough guide before they start ringing you, much better than that 250MB you just quoted), or they do the same for FREE with the iPhone on both pay as you go and contract, so wouldn't it make sense to be with O2?

Its just that all my phone on our business lines are with Orange and have been for circa 10 years. They seemed to think it was including general internet browsing.

Because they have a sign stuck above their computers saying "don't talk to anyone named Greggy, he's a twonk and a waste of our time, and we want him off our network!"

Hey, of all the customers I've served, you're the only one with those problems, they must just hate you
