sharp 9020c for mainland china
pre-order has already started on Nov19
actual launch nov25
suggested retail price 4980RMB
caution: no 3G support
wait for the taiwanese fareastone version for WCDMA
still undergoing network testing, obviously takes longer than a simple GPRS phone

Faresatone version is WX-T923 I believe... The SH9020C for China would be slightly cheaper than the Taiwanese version because of the lack of 3G.
Hopefully, this will drive the price of the SH9010C down as I really want that phone. =P Well I want the SH9020C more, but I can't afford $923 on a phone X__X"

So SH-01A, N-01A, F-01A, and P-01A are not available in Japan. What's odd is that a few eBay postings show that there are hypersims that work with these phones... which was contradictory to what what were lead to believe earlier... I'm not going to change the first page just yet in terms of hypersims update until more stores report that the hypersims do indeed work on the new PRIME series phones.

By working you mean the limited unlock where you lose all media features right?

For which phone are you talking about? (from which operator)?
Echigoya-Honpo, reliable online seller, is selling the SH-01A for a crazy $890.00 CDN, $717.74 USD, $24030 TWD.

I've heard reports of the F-01A with a little trouble (not sure if it's reception wise because of hypersim or just touchscreen software problems, like the SH906i back when it was first debuted)

There's no "media unlock" for DoCoMo... just plug your simcard into hypersim and you are set to go.
