You have to paste that .itm file in tpa/preset/custom folder.
After that delete two files name 1.cust_menu_done_unpacking and 2.cust_menu_data from tpa/preset/system/custmenu folder. This will save you from master reset otherwise you have to master reset settings only in order to that hook to work. These files will be created once you turn your phone on.
dont worry.
You could get this info if you have read first few pages of this thread.

I found the post. but
it does not have what i want
left soft key--- ORANGE walkman-- (media)
center soft key-- SE logo--(menu)
right soft key-- file manager--(file manager)

Oh that. Well at present i am using sony logo on my menu soft key. I will upload it on 4 shared. But before that i dont know why but my instincts says everything is posted here what you want. Let me check first. Then i will upload that logo. Actually that logo on centre soft key was downloaded from this thread only.
