Errr... no. I don't visit Howard Forums.
As far as I know the name carkitter is unique. I made the word up in 2005 when I joined Esato.

Your ideas about Play Now are off the planet, 'enuff said.

Sorry for mixing you up with someone else. I do recall seeing the name or tag Car Kitter on howardforums site with an animated Gif. If I can find it I'll PM you directly.

We see differently on PlayNow ... I'm curious why you don't think SE doesn't have a chance globally or if they already do why they haven't expanded more than Europe/Asia? I'm not talking about the app via NetFront browser on their phones - i'm talking the full services available outside of Europe/Asia (in case you're wondering).

Prom you said how not everyone has the same tastes for every SE phone and finds em all acceptable. That I can agree with. Looking over things 8MP isn't really needed for me and seeing how I like buttons(not like 3 of em) I personally am not getting this. But I will get another Android phone which is not SE for that sole reason. And the price as well.

Fair enough, and I can fully understand why you prefer buttons over full touch-screen only in your devices. I'm still very partial to buttons (it just offers more assurance that I'm pressing something I've intended without the need to visual guidance/confirmation by looking at the screen). Buttons are still crucial to those that are hearing impaired or especially visually impaired.

In this present economic state the mighty dollar, dinar, dinero is the ultimate deciding factor for many consumers looking to upgrade their smartphone/phone of choice. Acer has a particularly different view on Android and even customized the launcher slider - but not sure what else they're bringing. SE has amongst the best design in hardware (physical).

Thanks guys for understanding my points and long posts before. I'll do my best to be more understanding and less of a prick (if I was).

By the way I just found this ....
http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=1174821983024

Synchronization of Bookmarks, Contacts, Calendar, and Notes supporting 100 phones.
So ... looks like ANYONE upgrading to Rachel or other phones will NOT loose any data after an account is setup.
Excellent work THIS is what I like to see.
Sure not exactly what I wanted with regards to my opinions of PlayNow ... but its great.

Come on man. You weren't at all. Despite the mistakes makes we love the way does things and we get emotional from time to time.

Someone had to say those things you say

On Dutch web site Tweakers, someone claims to have held Rachael recently and also got to speak to employees from SE.

He claims, that the device won't be called the X3, but instead likely the Xperia X10. Perhaps someone here can confirm that?

SE will release it in the 'first 8 weeks of 2010'. The software (SE's Android skin) is not completely done yet, according to him. Also, hardware specs should be as has been rumored.

This makes me all confused again. I was going to get an Aino, but find Rachael very tempting. February is not far away. Help.

Me too!

I'll be happy if they don't call it X3.
There are a lot of X3's around. Nokia X3, BMW X3..

Looks like you got your plea heard.
According to GSMarena.com, it ill now be called X10 and be released during same week MWC 2010 kicks off.
That would be seriously good for Sony Ericsson if they manage to do that.
If it has the bells and whistles as promised, this is going to be my next phone after Nokia N900 alternatively a Sony Ericsson Aino to save som funds.

Get an idea how big this phone will be in your palm by judging from this picture.

The same site, mobil.se also mentions it will have 4.1 inch display. *droool*
