Samsung seem to have supplied us with only 32GB GS3s and Note2s here in South Africa, everyone i know with a Note2 or GS3 has a 32GB model.

No NFC chips inside of them so yes the NFC is affected. They are the only cases I have seen for the Note 2 without NFC that I like.
If you look at the inside of the case there is a space for the NFC chip. One could take out the chip from another case and stick it in.
