Camera comparison between iP6+, Butterfly 2, Note 4 and Z3.

My opinion is Note 4 wins with Z3 second, the Z3 flash is poor.

Question is why did Samsung put a Sony sensor in the Note 4? Why no isocell? Or is that for the A and S series only?

My opinion is its not readable, who take the shots by manual or automatic

The Z3 camera make far better pictures in low light conditions, because Sony are genius in it and they don't give to another company

I know for 100% that camera Z3 outperform the Note 4 in low light conditions, but in clear day light we have to see about it.

Every mobile site that does reviews is waiting with their mouths dripping to get their hands on the Note 4 and compare it and the iP6+
I can't wait to see how well it does on antutu benchmarks and then get a firmware dump so that ROM modders can make me a ROM for the Note 3

Because Sony has better technology about BSI sensors, if you see the ISOCELL from Samsung S5 ,

Problem 1: color blind
Problem 2: weak performed in low light condition.
Problem 3: Too sharp.
Problem 4: not natural colors

This why Samsung use a Sony BSI sensor.
Samsung need more develop for his sensors.

willem1, nobody really cares about Sony being better in this thread because nobody actually thinks that. So no, your opinions are not readable, understandable or even wanted here.

@ Luca-S - I shouldn't worry about it too much. Every phone has issues at launch, theres usually a bad batch and usually its in the country of origin. Thankfully, when it reaches European shores, such issues don't arrive with it.

As long as we don't have a full blown design issue, like Apple usually does (antennagate, scuffgate, bendgate), that effects every device regardless of location or manufacture date, it'll be fine.

@etaab, i'm worried because i live where they throw all the bad units of all brands. (Brazil)
We don't have a reliable quality control. (and it's not Samsung or any manufacturers fault, is a brazilian fault)

Possibly, but the phones aren't made in Brazil. They all come from the same factory, or one of a few factories across the world. The first batch which the Koreans will have gotten will be that first bad batch. Samsung, aswel as almost every other company apart from Apple and HTC tend to quickly resolve such QA issues.

I guess in regards to that batch, its the glue which binds the screen together has come apart from the casing, as the screen glass on all phones is cut the exact same size, the metal / plastic case moulded to the same specification.

Well this is early on so I expect and I would hope that they would fix these issues relatively quickly before world wide launch. If not this won't go down well and add to that the late launch.

Funny... If it had happened to another brand (read Sony or Apple) a lot of users who are commenting here would criticize fanatically.
But it's Samsung... Never mind.

Whether its a full blown issue or not... I talked to the store manager and cancelled my order.

I dont really think its a huge problem, but to play it safe, I've decided to just get it from the store.
It saves me from a lot of headache if I order it online and it arrives with that defect on it. If I buy it personally - I get to open the sealed box, inspect the unit thoroughly, and return it right then and there if need be.

cheers!
