I don't like the new stamina as much as I liked the Z series stamina mode. Because, the new one tends to slow the phone. I only use it when I'm travelling or forgot to bring a charger on a trip, I guess.

The Sony's old stamina is better than project treble and Google's stuff.
That's just the "economy mode" of Google with "Stamina" name on it.

Oh, I thought Stamina mode that was brought to nougat and later doesn't have anything to do with google's economy mode.

Despite its small sensor size, small resolution, and downgraded aperture, XZ2's front camera is very good. It looks very natural, unlike those chinese/korean front cameras that has fake colours, smoothing effect, and bad dynamic range and exposure.

Google Lens features now available within Xperia XZ2 camera app
Ever found yourself wandering around town unsure of the buildings or landmarks you’re seeing, or being unable to identify that cute dog you saw in the park? Google Lens understands your environment and allows you to do just that - you can now access its features directly within the camera app on Xperia XZ2 via a free update rolling out from today.
Google Lens helps you browse, and interact with the world around you. Find products online, copy and paste text, learn more about landmarks, add events to your calendar, look up movie posters, identify popular plants and animals, and more.
Update the Google app to access Google Lens directly from the camera app on Xperia XZ2.
--> I updated Google, buy havent seen it in my XZ2 Camera app yet

Just saw TechnoBuffalo's review of this phone. They gave it 2.5/5. I've never seen anything as ridiculous as that so far. What a pile of garbage.
They also called 3D Creator is a ripoff of AR Emoji and Animoji, what a piece of ****. They liked DVS, even though it is nothing but a gimmick. They sure loved gimmicks.
Don't get me wrong, I love XZ2's vibration motor.

The guy is blah blah.
What a funny contrast to Matthew Moniz!

^Exactly 🤣

By the way, I don't know if all of you who have this phone realise or feel this, but I compared how comfortable this phone compared to my old Z3. Because of how thin the XZ2's frame really is, it strangely feels thinner than my Z3, because it is only thick in the middle, and it also feels really comfortable (I can't stop saying this). People should really try to hold this phone before judging how thick this phone is.

I feel the same thing.
The more I use, the more I like this device.
