£130 - Xbox,
£30 - Chip
£10 - Switch
£100 - 120 gig hdd,

You will need a DVD writter and a computer that has a network card and a cross over cable.

Serious, thats quite a bit of money (to get the DVD-RW and HD), but you already copied a few games yeah? You need the DVD-RW to store the game on, then transfer to xbox, or is there a way to transfer to HD without the dvd disk?

I suppose you could connect the HD to your PC and transfer the files from your main HD to the Xbox HD then reconnect it into your X-box.

It's up to you what Hard Drive you get, The hdd in the Xbox is 10 gig as standard, So you don't have to get a new Hard Drive, But then you're need a DVD writter to copy the games,

But if you get a bigger hdd you will connect you're Xbox to your PC and tranfer the games over to the hard drive,

yep, read about it a while ago, will try and find the info. Just reading up about PS2 bband, the only hardware i need is a £40 PS2 network card, which is nice, and use my existing NTL bband. There's a game called SOCOM: Navy Seals that comes with a USB headset so u can actually talk to the other players, and even talk to the computer-controlled players!

edit: check this out: http://www.linuxplay.com/ , don't get that on ur fancy XBoxs do ya?!
