Yep, mine's the same. I am using version 2.0.157 of the PBTM software. Is this the latest version???
I also get Synchronisation Completed, Result -Phonebook OK; SIM OK.(lower left of dialogue box) after I do a sync, but just like Hammerli above, there are no actual Phonebook or SIM names/numbers displayed in the right-hand panels.
I tried downloading R4APackage2 from the link at the beginning of this thread but it crashed at about 8MB (It's 17+ MB) with a 'Server Reset ' error.
I don't even know if this is the latest version?
If it isn't, will the latest version solve this problem?
Can anybody help?
P.S. Funnily enough the companion Ericsson Phone Settings App works just fine

help have t68i installed package 3, 4, and 5 for sync with laptop compaq presario running winME, using data cable, worked fine first time was able to snync sbut second time hanged. tried reinstalling software registered catastrophic error and wrong parameter for serial modem. i downloaded again and reinstalled but it wont reinstall. please help
