Are the polys that are louder the ones included when he got the phone or is it the same with polys downloaded from comp/wap?
Might be that SE upped the vol on polys lately. (U can do this yourself with software on your comp)

Firmwares can only be upgraded by ericsson service points. You can't tune your phone at home.

Today i have my phone upgraded with R3C002. :-). One thing i hate: you should fill this field. And while waiting i got to try the serviceman's z600... What brilliant colours... The themes are compatible with t610, i sent the silver and lime to my phone via bluetooth.
