Yup, were it not for the fact we are doing a corporate account through them and saving around £500 over CPW i wouldn't be putting up with these delays. Still if i haven't heard anything useful back from them by this afternoon i'm not going to bother chasing them any more and will get the transaction chalanged by my credit card company. They will record all calls so will know fine well that they charged my card without authorisation so am sure they will have a fun time explaning that to their merchant services provider.

Carphone not in stock, Orange told me they have recalled the batch they were sending out due to software problems, so they expect to sort it out between one to two weeks, I guess they are having problems because of all the silly crap they put on thier phones, so who will i listen to now?

@pachy, it was you who initally mentioned that CPW were price matching web-based phone shops, "onestop" being the cheapest. So i guess i should thank you for saving me a small fortune.
As for "onestop" customer support...well it comes close to that of the O2 network... once they got the sale they dunt give a shite.
@ariddell, to be fair, i do know a handful of people who have ordered from "onestop" without any problems. I cant say much in your case but im sure they will come through......... eventually......well, before xmas.
@all, do any of you know what happens if you change your talk plan before the 4 month period that you agree too as part of your contract when you purchase a contracted phone from a web-based phone shop?
Simply put.... a rather large bill. So be careful people!!

Back in April this year I decided to buy a P800, I ordered it from OSPS. Mistake! I posted this:
"Do not buy from these people, I ordered a P800 on Orange, payed £59.99, it arrived in a couple of days or so, loved the phone but couldn't live with the size, sent it back two days later, it took me 6 weeks, phone calls every day, and a threatening letter from my soliciters before I saw my £59.99 returned into my bank account.
Not only that but they also registered 3 other handsets in my name, coincidently meaning I had three new contracts each with three new numbers, on three different tariffs, to which Orange took three seperate new contract payments equalling upto about an extra £40.00. It's taken me another two weeks and further phone calls to Orange and onestopshitshop to regain the money that I'm out of pocket for.
I've had numerous phones from these guys over the years and their prices and offers always seem to be better than every body else, but shop with caution and know your rights, I for one will not be using them again"
I've had three phones since, all of which have been from CPW. The only good thing I can say about OSPS is that their prices form a good benchmark to haggle the price down at CPW.
To those of you who have already ordered their P900's from them; Good Luck!

OSPS do state on there site that they will make you pay heavily for tariff dowgrading before 4 month of contract.
@ariddell, You havn't saved a penny untill you actually GET the phones successfully at that price.
Also i read on this thread that someone had a "Commision" fee charged to their card over & above the advertised price of the handset, these guys really do seem like a bunch of crooks.

I don't can't bear much more of this! I haven't called them since this morning because I know that I'll just get fed a bunch of sh*te.
THIS THREAD HAS MADE ME THINK - Why be greedy? I should cancel my OSPS order tomorrow and bundle down CPW and see what happens.
I don't mind paying extra for some SERVICE!
OneStopPhoneShop: what a bunch of c**ksuckers.
