Anyone has the firmware R2AA003 on K700i
and know how to turn off the shutter sound?
I've tried switching to meeting mode, slient mode,
turning off all the sounds.. But the shutter sounds still stays...
Anyone got a solution?

nope... R2AA003 seems to have disabled the muting of the shutter sound. Maybe it's because some countries have required that camera phones have shutter sounds that cannot be turned off...

Sorry for the re-post, but I had put this in its own thread and realized it probably belonged better here:
The free converter app for the s700 on the
web site converts liquid, solid, area, volume, distance and speed measurements automatically. The main menu of the app is a wee bit large for the K700 screen, but the app itself works great. It's available from the fun and downloads section of the
site, but only for the s700 Hope that helps someone out there!

I have a R2Y005 (Orange branded phone - Slovakia) and I connot get rid of the camera shutter sound .
I tried all tricks mentioned here (Meeting, turn off sound, Silent mode) NOTHING WORKS!!
Is there other way how to disable the camera sound under this sw version?? Please help me, somebody.
Does anybody have experiences with this sw version? What is the difference comparing to R2L ...?
