you need to make sure you have java run time files installed, best thing to do is visit opera.com and dl a trial version of that and see what happens!

still dont work for me! but hey ho!

best place to get java if you don't have it is java.sun.com. You need the Java Runtime Environment (Latest Version: 5.0 RC)

Hmm am using windows XP firewall at the mo, but i suspect its a Java problem as i was having some issues with this. Any way I had a WinXP Sp1 pc so hooked this up and it went like a dream. Phone had original 1st rel of firmware, even though this phone was purchaced a week ago.

I did contact my nearest service center which is coventry, and they said the site was down even though i toild them its back up. So i purchaced the sync station today.

So i'm a happy man now.

I more then happy to offer to upgrade phones for other users in the Northampton Area.

By default, XP with SP2 blocks popup and prevents downloading. To turn off pop up blocker: in IE, tools->pop-up blocker->turn off. To change setting for windowx firewall, start->control panel->windows firewall.

It is only compatibile with P900! I downloaded drivers, but it still reconize only P900....

I'm pretty sure those drivers do work because i am using them. I think I also installed something called 'Mobile Phone Monitor', and this gave me an option in the control panel that i used to enable the relevant COM port so as to use the sync-station. Not sure what else to suggest.

i'm pretty sure all you need is the drivers for the dss-20/25 and the mobile phone monitor. I haven't installed the pc suite anyway
