Does it matter in the Update Service at the very first screen as to what Country we choose? Or is that just language?
Here in Singapore, I don't know do i use US or UK.
But I tried both and none has the 038 for me yet.
and I accidentally press "Continue Anyway" and now I am reflashing the firmware. Grrr!

Strange :/ I don`t understand SE politic ... only branded phones can update by 038 fw :/ In poland i`m waiting for unbranded GENERIC SO fw a still nothnig until The polish ORANGE has got 038 on SEUS :/ Wrrrr i`m getting nervous about that :/
dont think so. i've updated my previous Hong Kong Customized f/ware without errors. Previously, it was a customized UA f/ware. i dont think SE is being politically buyers. lolz.

This phone is so buggy, by the time they fix it the N82 will be as cheap as the K850.
Highly doubt that, and it's not that buggy. Especially not with the new firmware.
All phones are buggy. Nokia is no exception. So just can't blame SE. Moreover, the phone still works excellent, except it needs some additional bug fixes which I am sure SE will address.

why is it that vodafone are stuck with the lowest possible firmware? I'm tired of the vodafone branding and firmware etc. Is it possible for me to move to the latest version on my vodafone k850i?
Or when is it likely an update will be available for the vodafone branded handset?
Thanks
