omG!

I went to sleep and when I woke up, 6 hours later, there were 6 or 7 new PAGES of posts on this thread!

At least there was no new driver, and a funny discussion based on ilabstudios mistake

About the drivers' comparison... it was clear how v. 2.4 hibrid is a lot more sharper then 5.6c final... but 5.6c wins on Video Quality and macro shots... so it's 2 x 1 for 5.6c.

Let's wait for the Reviewed Final Better Contrast 5.6c Video Driver powered by E_Erzan xD

And about the latest pics I posted, e_erzan said:

Quote:You conpensate the brightness by moving the joystick left or right....

And ilabstudios:

Quote:@ap0lo
Sometimes the LED Flash light does that to objects, and the other thing is make sure your brightness is set to 0.0 by using the joystick as increasing the brightness will def. do that to your photos. Also try using the macro mode when taking photos of people I find using Night, Macro picks up the details on the face.. Try it!

I know that mate.. I've been a Cyber-Shot user for a long time, and I always take my pictures using E.V. -0.3... sometimes I also use -0.7.. IMO, it makes the pictures look better...

I also edit them on photoshop editing the curves and stuff..

You can see some of my pics here http://fotolog.com/ishoot .

And the brightness I've got using this latest driver for close pictures is something I've never got before.. that's why I mentioned it.

Anyway... let's wait for the final driver to do some testing, shall we?

Some more pics:

Both of them: Driver 5.6c and everything off but nightmode.

Look at the beautiful sky color, and how the face of my dog is fading because it's too white 0.o

@e_erzan I went out on my bike and took these photos like you said!
Unfortunatly the sun was a bit dull today, so might be abit dark.

Macro: Off
Night: On
WB: Daylight

Hmm the overexposure still remains :S

Overexposure... that's what I mean.

And we can notice the lack of sharpness in the trees and leaves and stuff...

Hopefuly Super E_erzan will come to our rescue

@QuickShare

No problem keeping my eyes open, mate. It is 5 PM (17) in Bulgaria. But I was kind of bored, so I decided to shoot some colourful paper. I got very strange results:

- when I focus on only one colour, the camera can't focus.
- sometimes camera needed restart to focus at all.
- sometimes when shooting different coloured papers, including white and black, the camera crashed and exited to standby.

I also shot a purple flower which came out blue on the picture. That was kind of odd, too.

You can check out some of the pics here:

@smuko

Purple is one of harderst colours to photograph!
if you try photographing a really vibrant purple flower it will usually tend to go bluish.. I have found only with SLR cameras that I get the exact copy of the purple/pink colour.

5.6c (improvement on contrast) Latest 5.6C driver yet to be released

Macro: On
Night: On
