Also I notice the Z4 pic in that samphonearena link have a front camera on the right hand side. The leak render pic is on left hand side instead. Which one is the real thing hahaha.

It isn't even a dummy. It is a piece of paper printed with the front of what the seller is told the Z4 will look like. It is very common practise to do this when selling phone cases.

I have a friend who repairs phones who I trust.
He has told me he has information regarding the Xperia Z4 from one of his LCD panel suppliers (he can't disclose who the supplier is)
He has been told by his supplier that the screen resolution is 2560 x 1440 and measures 5.2 inches
I was also given a few images of the Xperia Z4 display panel.......

There are a lot of leaks to say the strongest rumour is a June/July release.
Why would repair centres be getting parts so early? Why would the press shots be ready already?
I feel the release will be sooner rather than later.

The 5.5" display make me a little sad. I really like the size of 5.2".
I guess I can live with it though since I have had both the Galaxy Note 2 and 3 before.
