i was with the heads of NSS, BSS, WNO, IGF. pinadrawing and explain GSM architecture. tas nakita nila kumpleto, they jokingly said ituloy ko na daw pati GPRS archi, buti na lang napag-aralan ko yun just for fun!
then they asked what i could improve with Globe, i told them issues about CSR red tape and site blocking. man, they were so surprised na alam ko yun mga yun. syempre dahil sa Esato. hehe.
i also told them about room for improvement sa high charges sa GPRS. sabi ko if they could charge it at a per month rate instead of per-kB then they would definitely get back a number of subscribers. sabi ko sa ibang country kasi ganun. gulat din sila i read about EDGE and 3G. hehe. saya!
all i'm waiting now is their call. June 17 ko malalaman if i'm IN or OUT.

Jaise, you can also mention the lack of proper information dissemination of Globe to its very subscribers... I can furnish you with documents and announcement that run contrary to their practice.

@dlreyes- that would fall under marketing, and they did admit na kulang ang marketing sa pag-info sa mga consumers.
but they're always glad to hear surprises from what consumers like us know that they still dont.
