Hey guys, work as always is keeping me busy just thought I'd drop by with this one.
Google Music Trends is finally supporting South African users of Google Talk.
Now it's got a list of some of the favourite music played by GTalk users in SA.
Check it out http://www.google.com/trends/music?where=ZAF

Hey Brixster,
Good to see you in here again.
Thanks for that link... I'm stoked that Rammstein's currently in the top 10 of that list (would never have imagined that...), even if it's one of their more mello/commercialised songs.

Rammstein uber alles..! LOL.
Jawohl, das Wanqer digz das Teutonic industrial metal band's music.

@ Hobbster,
Good to hear that you're also quite particular with your phones boet. My N73 got its first mark on the side of the housing when I accidently placed it in the same pocket as my keys..
Oh well, first little scratch since getting the phone on New Year's Day ain't too shabby I guess.

Rammstein is quite popular in SA, granted I've only ever heard one of their songs played on radio...I believe they have a loyal fanbase.

I'm looking forward to one of these days seeing one of the "Treffer" compilations on there...it would be funny...coz I know some people buy the music just many won't admit to it.

Rammstein remains the most awesome live band that I have seen to date. No question. I can still remember the heat of the flame throwers from the stage..

As regards the 'Treffers', well I cringe at the very thought. As a 'soutie' I've got as much appreciation for those 'Treffers' compilations as Uncle Bob has for Gordon Brown.

Good morning all, hope you'll have a fantastic Friday, and a brilliant Wan Tu Yu as well, Jojo

I'm valiantly trying to get ready for work here, but after reading about those Treffers i can't stop laughing! My favourite neighbour has the entire collection, i swear, and he lurves playing them over the Festive Season. Reason why i'm laughing, coupla years back we had popped over the road to greet him and his family. One of his discs was playing, he was sleeping, and must've had a bad dream, because he came flying out of the bedroom, one leg stuck into his jeans, the other flopping about, and the poor dude falling all over the floor trying to get dressed, shouting at the top of his voice about how somebody was trying to steal his Treffers! Hehehe twas hilarious!! To his credit, he didn't blink an eye when he realized that he'd been dreaming, instead he managed to get dressed and sat there laughing with us
