The event is for 9:30AM in Paris. That's 3:30AM here in Toronto, and it's now 1:24AM in Toronto

I'm doubting this will be streamed, otherwise we probably would have seen info on that pop up just 2 hours prior to the event.
The MOST I think we can hope for is a live blogging by someone like Engadget if this event is big enough to warrant it. Beyond that, we'll get news almost immediately from the various press outlets that were invited.
