E398 is good in everything except that it's a moto and like all moto's it's UI is crap and confusing. It's VGA cam is not as good as the K700's... bit too blurry. But the sound is loud and has 3D surround (nope, no 5.1 speakers), it accepts SD mem cards etc etc.. and you can get it for around 9k i think.
