Yesterday i've talked with one of the managers from the Nokias factory in Romania he says that nokia is having some problems in delivering a 8mpx device because they didn't expect this jump from SE and he said that sumsung didn't expect that either but they were lucky because they were already having a 8mpx camera chip in there possession.......They were expecting a 7 megapixel device from the competition, and they want to maintain as leaders in the camera department from the N82 success thi year....and he also said that at least one phone will be released with a bigger video recording resolution than vga

Hummmm... good news... so i will wait for Nokia release... bigger video recording?! Cool! Now i have my N82 successor.

you ve to wait a long time, because they just release N96 and Nokia wont jeopardize the future of N96 to make another hi-end model for this year...

Yes, i know... i'm happy with N82 and i will change only in next year (may/jun)

For me N82 have a excelent camera and video record.

Sony Ericsson C905 - examples of photos and a bit of camera module

The company Sony Ericsson has tried to use his photographic flagship of one of the best CMOS-chips, but eventually abandoned it, it went too expensive pleasure. The company decided to rely on our own forces, and in the commercial production of this model will be a module Exmor from Sony. This is not the first phone with the module have already been issued a number of models for the Japanese market, but permit them in the matrix was less true in a number of them applied glass optics and optical zoom attended.

DLNA is the same as UPnP, I've tested in a N93 years ago and it was very nice.

Hopefully the C905 comes witha better videorecording, since nokia has VGA quality since 2 years ago.

Mmmm ¬_¬ have you ever try this EXCELLENT phone? i guess you havent, its battery last minimun 2 days, its desing could not be the best but it isnt the most ugly one either, i like the c905´s one but it is not all in one phone i rather an excellent function and performance than a "great" desing this sucks and SE likes to do a good desing before a good performance

Now if you look at the previous pictures posted earlier:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/andershansen/tags/c905/

now look at their exif data, they have a much newer firmware. (R1BA005) and they clearly have a better sensor/processing that we see in Smapes review. Eldars camera samples are using R1AA083.
