To be honest, I see no reason why you guys should just sit and wait. When the UK firmware rolls out you can flash that but for now why don\\\\\\'t you flash the available JB firmware? on so if something happens to my phone whilst flashing is it still covered via warranty?

Since when did flashtool become an official Sony application?

Not the same as XDA flashtool

Ah got you yes this one is Sony's tool for people who have unlocked bootloaders and running custom roms who wish to return to a stock rom.

Ok so first impression is that it's vastly different speed wise and noticed that my signal seems better, very much like the keyboard great improvement there as well, u.I seems a lot snappier only only bug in my opinion is the white interface that's all over it, has anyone worked out how to go back to black.
One other question as well if I wanted to flash the firmware that comes to the UK soon how would I do this now.
Thanks
Chris.

You'll have to grab the ftf file from xda when it's available and use flashtool to flash back

Also, the white interface for the phonebook ,messaging etc. isn't a bug. It's a UI guideline set by Google for JB and Sony seem to have complied.

I prefer the darker theme, too.
