fyi...after the window shopping session just now which i saw a immitte N95 (fake nokie without 3G camera) and then a fake K660....then as I continue to scout around...more fake phone.
I just wonder should we discuss on rumour or leak phone without picture just for the sake of keeping phones from cancelled.
there's so many arguement claiming Paris and BeiBei get cancelled and also some claiming alicia get cancelled...could it be all this product get leaked and review way too early than planned.
remember that nowadays immitate product on outlook can easily be done at china. Yes the internal organ like electronics and hardware cannot be copied but if it definitely look lousy if you announced a phone on the time where someone manage to make a phone that look the same.
tht's why I do hope all this gurus in digging new phone leak can stop posting leak picture way too early....unless you know those product will be out a week or two...else stop doing it....because in the end if you blame SE from cancel this or that...it could be due to your own act.

project get cancelled because picture leaked way before it meant to be since some leaked could be copied from other sites

First off, if I'm understanding you correctly, your logic is a little off-base.
Paris and BeiBei did not get canceled because pictures were leaked. If SE canceled phones based on that alone, they would have had to cancel just about every phone they've ever come up with. Indeed, leaked pictures can serve as free advertisement and hype--though it can also serve as early criticism of design, etc. However, SE is not going to cancel a model or two just because something is leaked and a few people don't like it.
SE canceled the phones because, for whatever reason, they didn't see them as a profitable part of their portfolio as-is. Or they could have been canceled because the old hardware was incompatible with the new UIQ 3.3. However, both of the phones, as far as we know, have gone back for upgrades in hardware and will eventually be announced/released, but with different names.

just something cross my mind when i saw how mad those people can copy stuff... today i even saw a call from BYD auto..... back look like honda fit sedan but the front look like toyota corolla altis.
of course i know a lot of discussion about hardware is outdated etc for paris and beibei and also on the OS which i have no time to read in detail
plus take note...what i meant is not those phone tht going to out a few weeks....like F305..it was leaked a few days before it was out...same to C905 so when you said SE will cancelled everyphone...tht is not what i meant. But stuff tht get leaked way too early.
but like you said maybe i just went Cuckoo just now haha.

Despite that, I don't think the early leaks had a negative impact. Indeed, the very early leaks were very positive...it was only recently (relatively-speaking) that we learned Paris was not what we believed it to be, and thus the disappointment. However, I still do not believe this was the cause of cancellation.
Regardless, the cancellation is good. SE was right to cancel Paris (not so sure about BeiBei)...because now we have Hecaro, which will hopefully be what Paris should have been.
In regard to the Chinese copies, well, early leaks may give them ideas, but they'll copy stuff whether it's leaked or not, and it must not be affecting the big-name companies too much or else they would have brought legal action long ago.

dude...leak have its pros and cons.
china immitates stuff fast since they don't do much quality assurance like big names tht slow them down. All those immitator need is a hardware tht is generis...put it into a casing tht meet what they saw and that's it you got a new phone
but i found them very funny...china have no 3G network setup yet but those immitate will keep the video call camera hole or bump....they replace with something ...so from a far you still see it is like 3G hahaha.
ok on rumour phone hehe....just linda... hmmm W580 was having a sibling....wonder will this w595 will have one....since this is a common practice by SE for the past two yrs.
