Honami will be the best flagship at the time of the arrival (IMO in whole of '13 as well, maybe even until S5), and nothing that has been rumored from the competition can come close to it. Yes the EOS might end up with better camera but Honami surpasses it in every other category.
So despite all of it flaws Honami is a 90% day 1 purchase for me.

I think the leaked images don't do it justice. It's like a smaller, but slightly thicker version of the Z Ultra. I think the aluminum frame makes it look much more premium than the Z. I've seen the press image, and I'm already throwing my money and my Z at the screen so I can trade for it
I know it does look similar to the Z, but definitely not worse.
IMO, Honami will not be disappointing in the camera aspect. This product is being developed in collaboration with Sony's Imaging department (Cybershot, Alpha's, etc), so they'll load everything that they've got onto Honami.

We have conflicting information about Honami, as the chinese bloggers used to call it big-eye, but stook said it has a small lens. Stook, as you say, maybe what you saw is not Honami after all.
Also, it is interesting that the fake was corresponding to some info Ramu has. I think then than Honami back will look like reeflotz render p753, with a carbon fiber back similar to the fake, probably black, like the cybershot tx30.

did u seen white version...is the front full white?

If the front is all glass (probable) then think it's very unlikely the front will be full white. It's just not Sony's style.

hmm...xperia x10 , sp , l , neo v, mini pro got full white front...but recently all white xperia bcum panda colour..black + white...
