Yesterday Server one was offline at 4:15pm due to rebooting problems. There was not an engineer available at Telehouse until today 11:30am this morning, several tests were run on server one to locate corrupted files.
Eventually server one was online at about 2:00pm but was intermittent up until 4:00pm then it was running stable.
We apologise for this downtime but unfortunately it could not be avoided, our servers uptime has been roughly 99% until this point. We are taking further measures to ensure that servers will not go offline for longer periods in future.
Once again we apologise for this downtime.
they say uptime is 99% my arse!
