its not cold the WHOLE year...or at least the years i lived there it wasnt...it gets pretty hot but no "habs" like in pakistan...

@solja: odd. during the time i was there it was extremely cold in the winter, and pretty cool during the summers. there were a lot of snow storms there in the winter during that time and one actually occured during April. but then this was all about 6-7 years ago. global warming will most probably have warmed the place by now.
