Hmm... it could be the stereo headset... but it could be both too. It's hard to make out. But I'm not sure they'd put them in the same packaging.

its a headset you can se the speeker !! ... and we know it is a headset since you NEED it for the radio .. an to put usb and headset in same bag.. doubt it

I doubt it's both a (stereo) headset and an USB cable. It's unlikely that SE have them both stuffed in the same plastic bag.
To me it seems as if it's a (stereo) headset only.
