No, they should be informed about upcoming products. Anyone working for Vodacom, selling 3G products should know what they're talking about. It's called good service.
Btw...anyone know if Vodacom supports streaming audio through GPRS?

@BRIX streaming is only available via 3G.@Rhino 8 if you went to a Bloemfontien Vodashop i think i know why that person knew notting about 3G......Bloem only has 1 3G node and there is no plans to increase coverage yet or maybe that person might be a casual.

Tahir, sorry to burst your bubble, you dont need 3g to stream audio, I stream Virgin radio without any buffer by just using GPRS, give it a try and see for yourself.

Tahir, his point remains that you don't need 3G to stream audio, whether Virgin are the first and only or not is immaterial to the fact that you can stream audio via GPRS as well.

@Tahir virgin is not the only one for streaming live audio I mentioned it because it's the best one I could find, you have internet make use of it and search there are a few other live audio streaming sites for mobiles......
