Thought you guys might want to see what the Pom hard news and tabloid newspapers have on their front or back pages this morning, taken in the local superstore earlier. Surprising that only a few of the 'sensationalising' tabloids (that I noticed) manifesting 'sour grapes', that they were 'robbed' of the cup because of the try that never was...

Oh for goodness' sake. As stipulated earlier, that would've been 7 points if given including what would've been an extremely difficult conversion, then deduct 3 points for the penalty which they were awarded instead. That leaves 4 points, and the winning difference was 9.
Fortunately the majority of the newspapers seem to admit that the TV-replay ref made the correct choice.
Please excuse the crappy VGA P900 pics; I didn't have the N73 with me...

lol, i second that motion Zirkie
i see you mentioned Camp Staaldraad in the Rugby World Cup thread

Not a bad idea, we'll need to jack up our football for sure. I'm honest when i say that i don't know the name of a single player in the Bafana side :-| whereas a few years ago i could've mentioned the names of at least half of em, despite not having been (and still am not) a follower of "the beautiful game".

Yeah! Can relate to that 100%. For me it's boerewors, braai and rugby (BBR). Maybe I'll add that to my list of 3 letter acronyms. Ps. 'Biltong' and 'beer' could also be used as alternatives to 'boerewors' and 'braai' or in any combination. Pss. I feel a slight depression coming on seeing that rugby season's come to an end. Hopefully the Cheetahs can wrap it up this coming w-end.

Expansys have dropped the price of the remaining W950i's. You can now buy one for as little as £153.95 (approx R2160).

Heard on the radio that Habana's been voted the IRB's Player Of The Year, South Africa the Team Of The Year and Jake the Coach Of The Year. It just keeps getting better and better

Also heard that fuel samples have been taken from the winning Grand Prix cars, seems to be some controversy regarding the legality of the fuel they've been using.
