actually i went there already.. sorry to say, their staff is very langsi, they dont even asked if i need assistance, and when i asked them about the firmware... that guy just look at the ceiling and he dont even want to see my phone as if i cant afford to buy SE products.. bahhhhhh

r u sure u went to the right amcorp mall and ericserv??? i had a wonderful time there.....and i'm sure the rest of the blokes can attest to that!!

u must go thru the proper procedure. as for first timer who don't know anyone there. u have to go to the counter reception to tell them what u want. then they will help u out to get a technician. since only 2 authorize service center in klang valley and they have tons of phone to test and fix.
it's not they wanna piss u off or treat u like that. they need to do their work coz tons of others work waitting for them. try to know then more... they r friendly.
