I can't wait for the android update!

btw, I'm having a little issue with my Xperia TX LT29i. If I use my battery to empty, it will turn off around 32%. it's okay, I always carry extra batt with me. but when I do replace the drained with the fully charged, the phone battery indicator will read right where it left off, i.e. 32%. now the battery is fully charged, it would work like @ 100%, and the phone would go down to 1% and stays there while the phone won't turn off. but the low battery warning level is still there and would annoy me every 10-20 minute or so. if I were to place the new battery in and charge it for a few minute, it would change from 32% to 100%.

Does anyone experienced the same problem? I hope the android update would fix this.

Also I tried taking Screenshot by holding the "Wake-up" button, and choosing "Take ScreenShot" and while it does work, I hate the "BACK" "HOME" and " Previous App" button that appears at the bottom of my SS. Is there a way to change that?

Are you using the same charger that came in the box?? If not then I suggest you do. Apparently this is possibly something to do with using different chargers than one supplied but I am not 100% on this

Can't see it being the charger though mate I use various micro usb chargers and have no problems with mine.

I lost my charger temporarily and had to use my old XPlay charger, and this gave me all kinds of problems with the phone dying even when there was more than 10%.

It was only when I found the original charger again the the problems stopped. It hasn't happened since. Just something to consider.

Just checked for update for my Xperia T using PC Companion and the update service and nothing available for my T-Mobile locked T. In my experience with Xperia updates the unbranded versions are among the last to receive updates (my unbranded U finally got ICS over 1 month after a lot of branded handsets got it).

Yeah, I have the exact same issue and, while I'm not sure if it's exactly the T's charger, I'm definitely using a 2012 Xperia charger. I'm hoping JB will fix this.

@Big_D,

Can you try charging up the battery completely and discharge it, then recharge it completely. Then switch over to the other battery. For the battery indicator to be accurate, it needs to have been charged up and discharged completely. Although it doesnt really matter that much

@Sean72,

I don't think you should be that upset over it. Actually the jellybean update has couple of bugs. For example, the wifi disconnects when you turn off the screen, even when power saving mode is disabled. Couple of small apps dont work on it yet, Also the battery life is quite bad right now.. I hope this is due to the new firmware, and not because of any bugs..
