Did you s700i come with a set of headphones (dual ear pieces)? Was it delivered in a box with an instruction manual? All of your answers could have been easily found by opening the book. Not to sound hard but you are asking questions that are easy to find right in front of you.

The only thing missing is the 3G and video calling. If you can live without this, then your s700i is complete. I had a z1010, but it did not work with the networks here in Finland (go figure. the land of the mobile could not get a phone to work on their networks). Anyway, I gave the phone to my daughter. After it all, I do not really miss the video calling nor the costs that they would incur.
My $.02 on the subject.

It is the Z800 which is new. I don't think it has been released yet. The S varies. .
