Hello,
does anybody know whether the S700 is able to scroll long phonenumbers in the phonebook list like the K700 does?
Under my current firmware R3K004 this does not work.
I'm missing that feature while looking up numbers from my phone (too lazy to select "More -> View & Edit").

"Scroll" means that the first part will be displayed initially and after a second or two the remaining part will be shown.
I made an online update to the latest firmware lately. Maybe a factory reset will fix it for me?

Tom my firmware is currently the latest 02 version and it scrolls showing the rest off the number and anyother numbers stored with in this contact ie home, work..
my firmware is R3L002, obviously tht wont apply if u are not on 02 but check this thread out for the latest firmware

I got the latest firmware (R3K004). Ok then, I will try a factory reset and report back.
Nope did not change. BTW lost all funny pics and games that were preloaded

ei, ive got a new upcoming project, i'll try repainting my s700 with another color, but iv'e got 3 questions and 1 poll:
1st question: you now the glass lcd protector of screen, how do i remove it? will it break? will the sony ericsson sticker beneath the glass be destroyed?
2nd question: has anyone tried atleast opening their s700 and return it to its working condition without any flaw? is it hard to do?
3rd question: what type of paint is ideal and won't come off?
