Can't someone force NEPA to provide proper service to the Nigerian people...if this was America they would take the utility to the highest court in the land and sue for damages:-D

Even if it was possble to achieve something with that, it would be anarchy, as all 120m Nigerians will be filing, myself included! I have lost a TV, cell phone, deep freezer & more to NEPA. Hilarious picture, just imagining it :)
