we do mailing for singlepoint. still reckoned i paid way to much 4 my p800. actually it feels chepened and not as good as it is coz of some of these stupid prices appearing.... eamonn did u get ur dongle workin? may get one if it works without sw as ive still got 98 for the time being...just want to be able to upload to my phone

ed - every phone is devalued by the internet & mail order companies slashing their prices then offering no (or very expensive) customer service afterwards. when the subsidies are gone on handsets later this year, you'll not see any of these stupid deals anymore. don't forget though, they can offer these phones at stupid prices, but how many of the "what can i get for free" brigade are actually going to be happy with a phone that they don't know how to use, is too big, isn't a nokia, doesn't have t9 etc etc. these are also the people who don't ever insure their phones "cos i'm dead careful with mine", and will be severely out of pocket when they smash their screens.
the other way of looking at it is that if by some miracle se phones do start to get a bigger market share, then we might see new phones more regularly from them. the t610, btw (according to the se rep), is not the replacement for the t68i. it's the replacement for the t600. there are no plans to replace the t68i at the moment as it's still so popular. se's attitude to forward planning in a nutshell.

yeah ur probably right m8. at least ive got the security off a decent company and im dropping my £30 tarriff down tonight as i aint using 200mins. prob put gprs to 15mb though

oh rite eamonn thats a shame.. erm im using a damn site more data on this than my t68.. used 6.5mb in 2 weeks but probably coz im dloading sw and emailing pics as i cant connect to my pc yet

yeah i used 1.2mb in like 3days so switched back to dial-up WAP for most things (coz i got the access pack so dial-up is free at mo), only usin my GPRS when i need to at mo to save $$$

with these web offers, you have to stay on the tariff for at least 4 months before moving, and in all honesty, how many of them do they actually have in stock? cpw have been out of stock for a week now.
also, the more people who buy a p800, the more apps & s/ware will be written for it.
on a completely seperate subject, i really hope we get mick mccarthy as our new manager.
