hmm....most call centres (at least the good ones) take graduates although some of them may take an undergrad if he shows the right aptitude and communication skills....my centre does...why dontcha ask him to give me a buzz.. ill see what i can do best for him
i know a couple of placement consultants who should be able to fit him somewhere
