Ok, according to your information, there is a mistake in the EXIF data and real focal length is about 7.12mm, near the 8.02mm of 808 and more than 1020 (26/3.93=6.62mm), which is a very good thing for bokeh!

SuperSteadyShot is Image Stabilization tech nothing to do with Handheld Twilight. In Sensor Image stabilization as compared to Optical Image Stabilization in HTC One and Lumia 920,1020
