unfortunately i was only on a brief tour of duty in manchester and only managed to drink in Old Trafford's bar (and they were only serving Amstel!), and unfortunately Ed wouldn't take me on a crawl, instead offering to let me babysit while he went out and drunk alone! I did however have a nice pint (and some damn tasty food) in a pub in Oldham that day (not Guiness tho). But..... Manchester is being invaded by the KevvyMagic machine this friday if y'all (except Ed) wanna join me for an impromptu pub crawl (Guiness and London Pride drinkers welcome, but no Vodka&Red Bull aloud).

kev - my leaving do is on the saturday, and i travel down to london to start my cpw training on the sunday, so it looks like a no go mate. however, my brother lives in southampton, and my brother in law and his family are moving to alton shortly so i might be seen in some pubs darn sarf at some point.
