not necessarily. I went to college with a lady who got pregnant in our 3rd year... had the baby and still graduated one year after us

she's got an excellent job, and her boy is doing well. he's 5 next month.
She did it with a lot of help of course, from the baby's dad and her and his folks.... nonetheless she did it
I've never seen her happier than the day they decided to keep the baby (well.... when he was born of course!)
