It is.... but it's eventually up to the individual. And the argument that it will ruins careers doesn't hold out imho.
However if you think their relationship won't last and that basically the baby will end yup in an unhappy environment (lets not say family) I suppose it's a different matter.
In the end the only right choice is what is good for the child.
