I'm getting HTML and I ain't had to delete or reset jack!
I've also got BB Media Sync to work, photos in due course!
I've just added my live.co.uk addy to bb and yes I have to sign in every 90days but out of my three hotmail/live accounts it is the only one of which will actually send AND receive!

Well I got it as well, but the setting was not available for me to allow it to download HTML automatically. So had to resend the config.
But very happy with the doc downloads.
