Probably runs out of credit to surf wap via GPRS.
My last conversation with Sanjeev is that he is very busy with his Monash intake. He'll be back.

Guys,

I have problem in setting up the wap setting using the GSM mode in my T68i. When I try to connect, I will get a 'Failed' message. I try to set up using the SonyEricsson websites but still the same. Setting up manually by following instruction in Maxis websites also doesn't do any good. Please help me? Does we need to register to Maxis for the Wap by GSM network (NOT BY GPRS)?
Thanks

u need to sign up for the service with Maxis....i think the registration fee (one off) is RM10.00 while the monthly fee of RM5.00 is applicable regardless of usage.....

@fulat
You have to activate the GPRS by calling the HELPLINE. Once activated, go to DiGi website to configure your GPRS WAP and GPRS INTERNET. Then, go to Now MMS to register and create a profile. There you can auto configure your T68 and start ROCKING!!!

Guys, I'm not at all good with PDAs. Anybody who could advice on the best (of course the cheapest lah) PDA which can browse internet via h/p with cable/infrared/bluetooth capabilities? Now I'm having a T65 but plan to buy a T68i though later.......don't know when!!

What would the price be?

I thought only GPRS need to be register and the monthy fees will be charge. I do not understand why Maxis cannot just charge us the usage and not the monthly fees, just like Digi, furthermore Maxis is expensive compare with Digi. Damn, i regret I have change from Digi to Maxis.

I think all services provided didn't have the MMS yet.

@penang
I think the Sony Clie T665 (RM 1388) would be a good choice, at least although I personally like the PEG-NX70V. But if you are getting the T68i, I would say the Palm Tungsten T (RM 1788) would be the best to go with it as it have the Bluetooth build in.

How much is the price in KL for those PDA I mention?

@CaTa

Thanks. Didn't really browse the shops yet, but it shows the price you mentioned in their web pages though. So far, the Tungsten T meets the criteria but too expensive....need to reconsider the criteria I guess..

I just wonder why bluetooth not incorporated in clie PDAs since it comes from Sony????
