No it doesnt include TrackID unfortunately.

No TrackID but there are 2 ways of getting it:
1. Flash T650->K770. You'll get PhotoFix as well.
2. Download Java TrackID.
P.S. Flashing into 770 is not just replacing one FW with the other. I've heard one need to change something more in FS, probably what regards lighting effects or so

1- how to install a new firmware on the T650 without SEUS? I've got the last FW file and I don't know how to proceed (maybe I have to flash the phone, how??)
2- does someone have a problem of delay between sound and image when you take a video? quite boring...

1- I am very sorry i can't help with this option, i do all mine through SEUS :

I've never done it myself,
It might be an idea to ask in that thread, get some more info from people that know what they are doing

It's very easy to do through XS++ or SeTool2lite.
I've flashed k750, z520 and t650 with it. All you need are three files: main, fs and custom pack corresponding to main and fs.
Then just put them into respective paths, press "FLASH", turn off the phone, press "C" button, connect to PC and enjoy! It won't take longer than 20 minutes if it's ok.

I think you will need some EMEA_1...6 FW.
Remember, MAIN, FS and custompack should be of the same number and CID.
