True, but it still seems very cheap considering! So tempted to order one!

@psikey
and everyone that owns a w960i
as you have seen before i guess, i had many complaints about the camera, what do you think of yours and what phones have you had before to compare it with.
i have my w900i to compare with and it does not match it for ages..
i take like 99% of my pictures indoors and it litterly sucks. it's even darker than my old t610 how is it possible?
when i look at the screen before i take the pictures, it's bright and clear, but as soon as you "take" the picture it goes dark.. why the F**K display a brighter image then it will be when the picture is done?
and it's slow to, to change if you point it at a bright object like the tv.

On what basis? With the propietary headphones? I dont think so.
It doesnt even have a 3.5mm port. The N81 has a DSP built in, its better.
This is like you arguing a PC withouth a graphics accelerator plays games better than a PC with a graphics accelerator.
And yes I have used P1. The W960 is after all the same hardware underneath.
The DSP is irrelevant for audio quality.
In the old days (1990s) CPU were too slow to be able to do signal (audio) processing in real time but nowadays the CPU can do all the audio processing in software, and there is no need to add a special DSP besides marketing requirements.
My office PC has a slow on board graphics chip and a fast multi core CPU - and guesses what: games run faster using software emulation than using the graphics chip.
Differences in audio quality stem from differences in software (firmware) implementation and differences in the digital/analog converters used.
The FastPort connector has advantages as well since it allows input (microphone, play/pause/stop, volume control) and output (audio/track name) whereas a a 3.5mm port only offers stereo sound.

The camera isn't its strongest feature and won't be replacing my Canon SLR buts its good enough for the industrial shots I need to take during my work & no worse than the P990i camera I had previously (green tinge issue aside).
Certainly wouldn't be the phone to choose if photograph is one of your main uses.

Just quickly browsed their website, they seem serious enough to be trusted, though of course for master scammers, building up a site isn't that hard.
Noticed one thing however: the phones are shipped out of Malaysia or HK, meaning they'll probably bear the CDA from over there, am I right ? If so, is it easy to change the CDA and get the language packs for your own country?
PS. they propose the DS980 BT headsets for an extra $95, which I also find a good deal.

I know this is a silly question and I think I've known the answer.
Can w960 play back video in web browser, like youtube, etc ?
thanx
