Yes I do. Indeed I think the sharpness is quite similar to that of w800i. Just my point of view. My favourite value for sharpness on k800 is 7 because the other values make the pictures look painted.

I second that. Original sharpness doesn't make the photo look smeared, yet 6.3.3 does it in most cases due to over sharpness... I think lowering the sharpening will be better.

Raider, maybe in macro mode sharper=better, but I think in landscapes and portraits lower will be better. Not the lowest, nor the highest.

I mean some kind of "smart" sharpness.
Just like SEM/EM can manage shutter speed depending of the light intensity...
