EDIT: Just seen 2 videos from Jason Bradbury from Gadget Show on Expansys TV Channel but the links are far too long cannot arsed to write them. He reviews Arc & Play

I phoned Carphonewarehouse about my contract update earlier and the guy on the phone was lucky enough to have a play with the Play, Arc and Neo.
He said it's his personal choice, and most of the customers phoning in for upgrades/sales are choosing the Arc out of the three.
I for one cannot wait for this phone!
