The green device in the back? that is probably a Z3. I am not talking about the device the person is holding, which is mostly like a dummy device since the screen looks unrealistic.

Can't use a person's legs as reference when you have no idea how tall or big they are. It's a Z3, the colour and design point too much to the Z3. It even has the flap on the side for micro USB.
Until
REAL evidence of a Z ultra successor shows up, there is no Z ultra successor. And by real I mean photos of a Sony device beside some released device to compare size.
