There's no strong evidences C670X exist and that small picture is a render phone is in EVERY Xperia JB user start up guide.

Sorry to sound so harsh, but I can't hear it anymore, that TFT could be better or worse than IPS.
This just makes no sense.
TFT stands for thin-film transistor, and these are needed in many displaytechnologies like LCDs and also OLED-Displays, TFT isn't a type of a display, it is part of an LC-Display or OLED-Screen.
Liquid crystal displays (lcd) as a displaytype are also used in simple casio calculators.
Therefore you can only say that (even though it's technical wrong) TFTs can be found on better LCDs (a calculator also with an LCD uses no TFTs). And quite every Smartphone has a "TFT-Display", yes also the iPhone, the HTC One and so on. But remember that is technically wrong!
IPS is more or less just a trademark (from Hitachi) for a better display than one with twisted nematic technology (TN), IPS display from other manufactors have other names (e.g. SuperLCD, IPS+, PLS, and so on).
Conclusion:
An active-matrix LCD (TFT-LCD) is better than a normal LCD, and is at the moment very common.
An IPS-Display is superior to a TN-Display, but both ARE TFT-LCDs, and there are different names for more or less the same technology (IPS).

Is that something new? I mean prior to that, they compared Xperia S and iphone 4s camera before and claimed the iphone has better dynamic range when in fact HDR on iphone was just turned on, and S hasn't. they review cameras without proper tests, are renowned Canikon fanboys and Sony alpha bashers and are one of the worst tech review sites in the internet in existence, though I used to hang with their sites and community forums during pre-iPhone years

IPS is a type of TFT.
