@ philosophy72 -- Enjoy your new phone!
I must say that I loved the phone when I first got it, and now almost a month later, I am still impressed. It is fantastic! A couple of bugs still need to be ironed out, but nothing that I can't work around. My device has been really stable since the last update. A new update for the M600 just came out, and it sounds like SE have done a good job of speeding it up and making it even more stable, so hopefully this is a sign of good things to come for the P990. I just wish there were more applications available, but I'm sure they will come with time. My HBH-DS970 stereo Bluetooth headset comes tomorrow, so I'm excited to try that out. Here in the US, nobody has such a cool phone (especially college students like me). I get many compliments on the phone, and it deserves them. I think it does exactly what it should and then some.

@chriswg52
I have a story for you , I think it was end of 2002 and I was at Chicago for a business trip. At that time I had just recently bought my P900 from SE in Istanbul.
So while walking on the Michigan ave. I went into the Hugo Boss shop for buying some clothes. While checking out the winter boots, my P900 started ringing, the ringing sound was a MP3 and it sounded so loud that everybody started looking at me, after finishing my call 3 college guys came up to me and asked me what my phone was, I told them it's a P900, ad they were shocked because they claimed they all just bought the P800 and they weren't even aware of P900. Same day I spotted a huge Sony shop, went in there asked for Memory Stick Duo for my P900, when the guy saw my phone, he was shocked, he said oh my god P900!! how did you get it ? He called for his collegues on the radio and all Sony shop was checking out my P900
So in US, you guys were late getting the latest technology on the sim card cell phones, but now I see that you already caught up with the technology these days too. Keep it up
